Love the food. Especially the sambosas meat pies and sweet potato balls. Emerson, the cook & owner can help you select any one of the delicious Angolan dishes. There's also a market.
Noticed this new cafe/market for its lovely decor while walking home yesterday. After peering in the window, Emerson waved me in, and I'm so glad he did! Not only were the vegetable samosas perhaps the best I've ever had, but the folks inside were warm and welcoming. It was great to learn a bit about their mission of bringing cultures together. We'll be back soon!
A must try in Lancaster, hearty dishes and great flavors. Emerson gave us the run down and let us try a little bit of everything, beef stew, plantains, black beans, rice, fufu, everything was stellar, my husband and I could not believe just how delicious everything was. Emerson was also just a delight, thank you for dishing out such delicious food to the community!!!
